Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package is with the shipping carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Destinations

Amoranza Cookies currently ships to addresses within United States, all 50 U.S. States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

Amoranza Cookies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages or Lost Packages

Amoranza Cookies is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and contents.

While we are not liable for carrier issues, please contact us at amoranzacookies@gmail.com if you experience problems, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
